These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of handle ("Handle", "we", "our", or "us"). Handle is a temporary public-sharing platform where users can upload images, add captions and social handles, and participate in a time-limited ranking experience.

By creating an account or using Handle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must keep your password secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be legally permitted to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the Handle community.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, by posting content on Handle, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your uploaded images and captions.
• The social-media handles you publish.
• Obtaining permission to share every image.
• Ensuring your content does not violate another person's rights.
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

Do not upload content that you do not own or have permission to publish.

You may not use Handle to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, threatening, or hateful content.
• Harass, impersonate, or target another person.
• Share private or sensitive personal information.
• Upload sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Distribute malware, scams, or deceptive promotions.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Manipulate rankings through bots, fraud, or automated abuse.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.

Content posted on Handle may be visible to other users while it is available. Public content can potentially be copied, screenshotted, recorded, or redistributed by others.

We cannot guarantee that content will not be saved or shared by someone else after it is published.

Do not post anything that you would not be comfortable becoming publicly accessible.

Uploaded photos remain available in the public gallery until the post owner deletes them or we remove them for a policy violation.

Deletion may be affected by technical delays, backups, caching, legal preservation requirements, or copies made by third parties.

Deleting an image from our storage does not remove screenshots, downloads, reposts, or other copies created by others.

Handle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handle is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party actions, screenshots, redistribution, ranking outcomes, or losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the date shown on this page. Continued use of Handle after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

Certain features on Handle may require payment, including bids, promotional placement, or other paid services. Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and payment details.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all completed payments are final and non-refundable. This includes payments made for bids, rankings, promotional visibility, or other digital services.

A refund will not be provided because a post receives fewer views, ranks lower than expected or is removed for violating our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines.

We may consider refunds where required by law, where a payment was duplicated or incorrectly charged, or where Handle determines that a refund is appropriate.

Users are responsible for their uploads, labels, rights, permissions, and consent. Legal adult content may be permitted only when accurately labeled NSFW and compliant with applicable law and Photobid policies. NSFW labeling does not make illegal or prohibited content acceptable.

Sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, exploitation, blackmail, illegal content, copyright infringement, harassment, fraud, and spam are prohibited.

Photobid may manually review uploaded content and reports, but does not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately. Content with a false, misleading, or intentionally evasive label may be removed without refund where permitted by applicable law and applicable purchase terms.

Violating content may be hidden, rejected, or permanently removed. Associated listings or transactions may be cancelled, and users may lose refund eligibility where legally permitted. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently deleted for serious or repeated violations. Photobid may cooperate with valid legal requests. These policies do not override mandatory legal consumer protections.
