These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Photobid.space ("Photobid.space," "we," "our," or "us"). Photobid.space is a public image-sharing platform where users can upload images, add captions and social-media handles, and participate in a ranking and bidding experience.

Photobid.space is currently operated by Krish Khare as an independent online service. The service may later be transferred to or operated by a registered business entity.

By creating an account or using Photobid.space, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Photobid.space only if you are legally permitted to use the service in your location and can enter into a legally binding agreement.

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You must keep your password and login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of Photobid.space.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content on Photobid.space, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, compress, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Photobid.space. It continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including technical backups, security records, legal preservation, and dispute resolution where applicable.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your uploaded images, captions, labels, and descriptions.
• The social-media handles or links you publish.
• Obtaining permission to share every image and identifiable person’s likeness where required.
• Ensuring that you own or have authorization to publish the content.
• Ensuring that your content does not violate another person’s rights.
• Ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Do not upload another person’s photograph without their permission or another valid legal basis. Do not upload private, leaked, intimate, or non-consensual images of others.

You may not use Photobid.space to:

• Upload illegal, abusive, threatening, or hateful content.
• Upload another person’s photo without permission or a valid legal basis.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or target another person.
• Share private or sensitive personal information without authorization.
• Upload real nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Upload sexual content involving minors or child sexual abuse material.
• Distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, or leaked private photos.
• Distribute malware, scams, phishing, or deceptive promotions.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
• Manipulate rankings through bots, fraud, fake engagement, or automated abuse.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or attack the service.
• Upload content that promotes exploitation, dangerous illegal activity, or abuse.

Mature, violent, disturbing, or sensitive content may be permitted when it complies with applicable law and Photobid.space policies. Content that may not be suitable for everyone must be accurately marked NSFW.

NSFW labeling does not permit real nudity, pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited material. Such content may be removed without notice.

Users must not use an NSFW label to disguise, bypass, or intentionally misrepresent prohibited content.

Photobid.space may determine whether content is suitable for the platform and may hide, restrict, reject, or remove content at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Content posted on Photobid.space may be visible to other users and potentially accessible through search engines while it is available. Public content may be copied, screenshotted, recorded, downloaded, or redistributed by others.

We cannot guarantee that content will not be saved, copied, or shared by someone else after publication.

Do not post anything that you would not be comfortable becoming publicly accessible.

Uploaded photos remain available in the public gallery indefinitely until the post owner deletes them or Photobid.space removes, restricts, or disables access to them.

We may remove or restrict content for policy violations, legal obligations, security concerns, reports, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Deletion may be affected by technical delays, backups, caching, legal preservation requirements, or copies made by third parties.

Deleting an image from Photobid.space does not remove screenshots, downloads, reposts, or other copies created by others.

If you need an image removed, believe content violates your rights, or have a safety concern, use the available reporting tools or contact the service through the official support channel listed on Photobid.space.

Include the post link and relevant details. We may request reasonable information to verify ownership, identity, consent, or the legitimacy of a request.

Submitting a report does not guarantee immediate removal or a particular outcome. We may investigate, restrict, remove, restore, or take other appropriate action.

Certain features on Photobid.space require payment, including initial post bids, community boosts, promotional visibility, rankings, and digital billboard spotlight placements. Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price, currency, and payment details.

All Bids and Boosts are Final and Non-Refundable: All payments made on Photobid.space represent immediate access to digital placement and real-time algorithmic ranking services. Because these digital visibility services are executed and fulfilled immediately upon successful payment confirmation, all payments, bids, and boosts are strictly final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Dynamic Leaderboard and Outbidding Acknowledgment: Photobid.space operates an open, dynamic attention marketplace. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• A bid or boost does not guarantee permanent placement, a fixed duration in any ranking, or a guaranteed number of views, clicks, or followers.
• Other users may place higher bids or boosts at any time, which will displace your post or rank. Being outbid, pushed down the leaderboard, or knocked off the podium is a core mechanic of the platform and does not constitute a service defect or grounds for a refund.
• Performance, attention ROI, and audience reach fluctuate based on visitor activity, market competition, and content appeal.

Policy Violations and Moderation Forfeiture: If a post is hidden, restricted, or permanently removed by our moderation team due to a violation of our Content Policy, Community Guidelines, or these Terms (such as prohibited pornography, non-consensual imagery, copyright infringement, or malicious conduct), all associated bid and boost payments are forfeited and will not be refunded.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: By completing a transaction, you agree not to file unjustified chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your bank or card issuer on grounds of dissatisfaction with ranking outcomes, being outbid, or voluntary deletion of your post. Users who initiate fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may have their accounts, posts, and access permanently revoked.

Exceptional Circumstances and Statutory Rights: We may consider refunds in limited cases where required by applicable law, where an inadvertent duplicate charge was processed, or where a verified technical billing error occurred. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be legally excluded under local law.

Photobid.space is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, available, or error-free.

We do not guarantee specific views, rankings, engagement, earnings, audience responses, payment outcomes, or other results from using Photobid.space.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photobid.space is not responsible for user-generated content, third-party actions, screenshots, downloads, redistribution, ranking outcomes, or losses arising from content uploaded or shared by users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Photobid.space evolves, features change, or legal requirements develop. When changes are made, we will update the date shown on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of Photobid.space after revised Terms become effective means you accept them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Photobid.space at any time, including features, rankings, payment functionality, or content availability.

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or remove content when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.

You may stop using Photobid.space at any time. Provisions concerning content rights, public copies, payments, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Photobid.space and its operator from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Users are responsible for their uploads, labels, rights, permissions, and consent. Mature, violent, disturbing, or sensitive content may be permitted when accurately labeled NSFW and compliant with applicable law and Photobid.space policies.

Real nudity, pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, sexual exploitation, blackmail, and other prohibited sexual material are not allowed.

Photobid.space may manually review uploaded content and reports, but does not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately. Content with a false, misleading, or intentionally evasive label may be removed without notice.

Violating content may be hidden, rejected, restricted, or permanently removed. Associated listings or transactions may be cancelled, and users may lose refund eligibility where legally permitted and consistent with applicable purchase terms.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently deleted for serious or repeated violations. Photobid.space may cooperate with valid legal requests. These policies do not override mandatory legal protections.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any governing-law or jurisdiction provisions will apply only to the extent permitted by the laws applicable to you and the service operator.

Before pursuing a formal dispute, you agree to make a reasonable effort to contact Photobid.space and explain the issue so that the matter may be reviewed and potentially resolved informally.

This section does not prevent you from exercising mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
