Content Policy

Users are responsible for their uploads, labels, rights, permissions, and consent. Legal adult content may be permitted only when accurately labeled NSFW and compliant with applicable law and Photobid policies. NSFW labeling does not make illegal or prohibited content acceptable.

Sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, exploitation, blackmail, illegal content, copyright infringement, harassment, fraud, and spam are prohibited.

Photobid may manually review uploaded content and reports. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately. Violating content may be hidden, rejected, or permanently removed. Associated listings or transactions may be cancelled, and users may lose refund eligibility where legally permitted.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently deleted for serious or repeated violations. Photobid may cooperate with valid legal requests. This policy does not override mandatory legal consumer protections.
